碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 教育研究所碩士班 === 95 === The main purposes of this study are to investigate the level cognition and the tendency of attitudes to the Teacher Education Law for intern teachers on secondary education, to make an in depth comparison in different background variables and the correlation between cognition and attitudes. In order to achieve the purposes of this study, the questionnaires have been used in this investigation. The research objects are the intern teachers on secondary education in the teaching institutions of the north area in Taiwan. The methods of frequency, percentage, mean, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation are applied to analyze the data. The following findings are emerged from this study: 1. In cognition of the Teacher Education Law, there are obvious differences among graduated schools, learned departments, and expert curriculum schools. 2. In attitudes of the Teacher Education Law, there are obvious differences between gender and intern time. 3. Intern teachers’ cognition of the Teacher Education Law are not positive correlated with attitudes.
