Description
Summary:碩士 === 華梵大學 === 工業設計系碩士班 === 95 === This study aims to use Taguchi Method to explore the relationships between parameters of product form features and image perception triggered by shapes of goblet images. The goblet is sorted by the wine it contains. In this study, the sparking wine goblets were chosen and described by form parameters, from which a parametric design reference model was built. By using Taguchi method for L27 orthogonal array, experimental samples described by 3D software were constructed and evaluated through the semantic differential method to explore the relationships between product form parameters and product images. Then the optimal form parameters of specific images were specified to build up the database of the goblet parameter design that not only offers samples of a specific product image but also get more different samples by goblet shape morphing. In this way, the design database can be extended by different product image requirements. Such a quantitative method can help designers create and adjust product form and images efficiently in order to correspond with customers’ preferences and requirements as well as to shrink the time needed for new product design and development.
