The enterprise not only wants to go further to sustainable management, but also needs to use the least resources to create the biggest achievements. The three welfare measures of the dining, the lodgings and the leisure are gradually evolved for the new equality and the partnership. The researcher made a survey on the foreign labor protected from the basic salary that discussed the relationship between employee benefits satisfaction and job involvement. There are three purposes for this research: 1.The difference between employee benefits satisfaction and population statistic. 2. The difference between job involvement and population statistic. 3. The relationship between employee benefits satisfaction and job involvement. Utilizing the method of questionnaire, the effective respondents were 496 that males were 208 and females were 288. Results from the listed analysis show that employee will promote “job involvement” if the company can supply more satisfied hotel and restaurant benefits except for salary benefits. The foreign labor’s gender and marital status are significantly related to the job involvement and the satisfaction of employee benefits that means the company should make different employee benefits based on the gender. And the married employees are higher than single employees in the satisfaction of employee benefits satisfaction and job involvement. It’s also for reference to company recruitment. The research showed employee benefits influenced job involvement. It should be improved as follows: first of all is the lodgings welfare, second is the leisure welfare and the finally is the dining welfare. Based on the above conclusion, hotel and restaurant management not only provides the general service but also become strategy partner in company. The management would make a profit and growth transport business. In the future, hotel and restaurant management stratification would broad and extend.
