Furthermore, to add mediating effect to organizational commitment , to realize if the emotional labor load and emotional exhaustion will cause in-terference by means of organizational commitment.
The survey was proceeded by questionnaires, and the samples were from elementary school teachers in Nan-tao County. After sending out 753 copies with 457 returned and 426 effective, the recovery is 60.69%, effec-tive recovery is 93.21%.
The conclusions of this research are as follows:
(1)The in-depth mood camouflage has been positively connected with or-ganization’s responsibility commitment and ownership commitment; but has negative correlation with continuous commitment.
(2)Superficial emotion camouflage is positively connected with continuous commitment.
(3)Responsibility commitment and adscription commitment are negatively connected with emotion camouflage; continuous commitment and emo-tion camouflage are positively connected.
(4)Responsibility commitment and adscription commitments are negatively connected with work opportunities; adscription commitments are posi-tively connected with work opportunities.
(5)Deep emotion camouflage are negatively connected with emotion ex-haustion; superficial emotion camouflage are positively connected with emotion exhaustion.(6)Deep emotion camouflage are negatively connected with turnover inten-tion; superficial emotion camouflage are positively connected with turnover intention.
(7)In Nan-tao county, single or younger teachers are as low- committed and sympathetic as the junior or none-administrative teachers. They also have higher possibility to quit or find other work opportunities.
