The object is a science teacher in the college, and his teaching and research experience have had 7 years. The interview process had two stages. The first stage was to classify the three elements and elicit teacher’s constructs, and the twelve elements were offered directly by researcher. The process of interview had 55 groups of the three elements to classify. After the first stage interview, researcher putted interview data in order to be constructs, and used elements and constructs to design repertory grids questionnaire, then given teacher a grid to conduct correlation assessment. After collecting the number data, researcher conducted hierarchical cluster analysis to get the output of elements correlation distribution presented with tree-diagram. The second stage was given the preliminary result of constructs analysis to teacher to check, and asked him to think deeply, then given him the output of tree-diagram to interview teacher’s thinking how correlation with scientific research. Researcher collected all of data by classifying, code, analysis and annotation. According to the study, the results were as follows. (1) The view of scientific research of teacher can be divided into 11 themes. They were respectively basic principle, basic demand, scientific beauty, protection tactics of the environment, the range influenced in scientific research, economic development, technical application, values system, formulation of policy, educational function, and international interaction. He used them to think the development of scientific research, so he thought scientific research with different views. (2) The teacher presented the result with the tree-diagram to the relation between scientific research and other elements. The result were divided the 12 elements into two groups, the first group was concluded for society's humane part, the second group was concluded for the part of study, and two groups of relations influences each other.
