The study is intended to investigate the relationship between the organizational communication and the teaching effectiveness for special education teachers in the elementary schools. Literature review and questionnaire survey are used in the study. Based on the questionnaires from 295 teachers, the conclusions are drawn as follows:
1. However ,teachers’ perceptions of organizational communication and teaching effectiveness are rated as high level.
2. Significant difference exists between the variable of teacher’s age or
teaching years and the variable of overall organizational communication.
3. There is significant difference between the variable of teacher’s age
or teaching years and the variable of the teaching effectiveness.
4. Teachers’ teaching effectiveness is positively related to organizational
communication.
