A quasi-experimental study was used. Two classes of 5th grade students were participants, who were divided into experimental group (n=29) and comparison group (n=29).The classes were designed for 2 classes each week, forty minutes a class, and totally for ten weeks. Two instruments were conducted to collect data including the Basic Motor Ability Test-Revised (BMAT-R).and Critical Thinking Test (CTT-Ⅰ) used to test movement skill and critical thinking in the first and the last weeks. The results are as follows: 1.The experimental group had significant effects higher than the comparison group in manipulating movement skills. 2.There was only no significant effect in non-manipulating movement skills. 3.Compare two groups of post-test, the effects of experimental group was significant higher than the comparison group, including abilities of global critical thinking, hypothetic identification, induction, deductive, interpretation and appraisement. 4.Compare of pretest and post-test of the experimental group, there were significant effects included abilities of global critical thinking, hypothetic identification, induction, interpretation and appraisement, but there was no significant in deductive ability. 5There were significant difference from global critical thinking, induction, hypothetic identification, and appraisement. 6.The ability of induction, deduction and interpretation was no significant. none none 盧俊宏 周建智 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 200 zh-TW
