For the last 3 years, the techniques of observation, interview and instructional guidance specified the English teacher’s obstacles she encountered and successfully achieved her professional development. The researcher did the literature review on clinical supervision related reference within the whole process. The case was asked to play a role in the workshop of learning clinical supervision and the system of developmental instructional guidance. At the mean while, the case was also invited to join the team of developing educational portfolio and finished her portfolio at the end. The following conclusions were made. First, the case made significant progress after applying those techniques of clinical supervision to empower her teaching. The criteria of personal attitude toward instruction, clarity of instruction, efficiency of communication, better classroom management, and controlling of instructional goals were examined and then achieved successfully. Secondly, the checklist of clinical supervision provided concrete analysis and helped the case set her developing goals exactly what she demand. Furthermore, this study suggested that positive effect of clinical supervision based on safe and warm circumstance. Researchers should observe their samples in different ways in order to promise better outcomes of their studies. According to the results of this study, the researcher tried to provide useful suggestion to the teachers, schools, and the educational administrators.
