Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 93 === The objective of this research investigates the mediation effect of job satisfaction: Does there exist the mediation effect of job satisfaction among the personality of members in a R&D team, the leadership of a team leader, and the team performance? We focus on domestic electronic industry. Effective samples cover 79 R&D groups and 174 R&D members. The results turn out that: (1) the personality of R&D team members correlates positively to their job satisfaction with the prominent affection from agreeableness and conscientiousness (2) there also exists positive correlations between the leadership of the R&D team leader and the team members with benevolent leadership and moral leadership the two most contributing factors (3) team performance and job satisfaction are positively correlated (4) results of SEM analysis reveal that the personality of R&D team members and the leadership of the R&D team leader would influence the team performance through the mediation effect of job satisfaction. This research suggests that business managers could boost team performance by elevating the job satisfaction of the team members through personnel selection and molding leadership of the leader.
