This study shows that a selector could get a balance between the subjective thought and the objectively scientific material when selecting a textbook by using fuzzy model. Finally, all of fuzzy numbers will be defuzzying to real values and all the opinion of selectors will be organized. The study considers the professional knowledge of all the selectors which includes either the selector’s professional status or the evaluation of selection items. In addition, the linguistic variable would be considered. The process and the result of applying the fuzzy model to evaluate the textbook is different from the traditional means because it evaluation is comprehensive and logic.
