The study first developed Interaction On-line Simulation Teaching and Problem-based Learning materials, and set up Interactive On-line Simulation Teaching Web. Then, seventy-three subjects, junior students in Dept of Information Technology and Dept of Electronics Technology of National Tungshih Industrial Vocational High School who took Digital Logic Lab course, were divided into two groups, including the control group of thirty-seven and the experimental group of thirty-six. Both groups participated in experimental teaching for thirty hours in ten weeks. As a result, both groups were tested to see the diversity of learning achievement, the evaluation for course learning satisfaction of experimental groups and teaching system of experts and experimental group learners were proceeded. The conclusion of this study showed using different teaching strategies on learning achievement was significant different. Finally, suggestions were proposed as references for the follow-up studies.
