Summary: | 碩士 === 開南管理學院 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 93 === The reasons of current class tutorial system (or called current tutorial system, CTS) does not produce significant effects in the Taiwanese Colleges and Universities contain the budgets and policies of the schools, the higher independence of students, and the interaction between tutors and students, etc. Even if, when the students have more secret problems, they may be inconvenient to ask for the tutors to solve the problems for them. For supplementing the deficiency of the current tutorial system, this thesis proposes a network tutorial system (NTS) and discusses the feasibility of the concurrence of the NTS and the CTS. We use the factor analysis to find the emphasized factors for the tutors, the counselors of student counseling center, and the students, respectively. Then, we use the analysis of variance (ANOVA) to analysis whether the differences among the average opinions of the tutors, the counselors, and the students, respectively, for the successful factors that impacts on the NTS are significant. The Taiwanese universities and colleges are acted as the investigated objects. The empirical results show that the differences among the average opinions of the tutors, the counselors, and the students, respectively, for the feasibility of the concurrence of the NTS and the CTS are insignificant. The most emphasized factors of the tutors contain “the confidence of students for the NTS,” and “the network tutors can solve problems more effectively.” The most emphasized factor of the counselors is the personal time and research time of the tutors increase. In addition, the most emphasized factors of the students consist of “the tutors answer the students’ problems by using anonymous way are more helpful to the students,” and “the confidence of the students for the network tutors.” The differences among the average opinions of the tutors, the counselors, and the students, respectively, for the most of successful factors impacts on the network tutors are insignificant. However, the differences of the average opinions of the tutors and the students, respectively, for “the network tutors facilitate students in turn at spare moment” are significant.
