For fear of possible missing link between innovation and organizational performance, the study tooks employee’s conceptual external performance of corporate and his satisfaction as key performance indicators to valuate organizational innovation. 1,000 copies of questionnaire were sent to listed commercial banks in Taiwan. 556 responses were returned, and 544 responses were valid. The valid response rate was 54.4%. The results show that innovation not only increases bank external performance also enhances the employee’s satisfaction considering psychological safety. Both performance indicators are prompted increasingly. Employees are conviced that organizational innovation will enhance efficiency and they feel highy satisfied under a working place of psychological safety.
