And we can find organization indeed can reduce social loafing behavior from empirical research. However, personal interception effect many thing in Chinese society, so we question about that organization justice reduce social loafing maybe interfered by team-member exchange. Therefore, at first, we are according to previous research to establish our research framework. Afterward, we use quantity research for empirical research.
