The study was adopted the adapted questionnaire of teaching efficacy, the questionnaire of computer anxiety and the investigation into the desire and methods for information incorporation teaching in order to explore the differential situation from background variables to teaching efficacy, computer anxiety and desire for information incorporation teaching and explore the correlation with teaching efficacy, computer anxiety and information incorporation teaching. There are 291 valid samples. The methods of statistics are frequency, percentage, T test, ANOVA and Pearson’s product movement correlation. The result of study as follow: 1. It is different for the backgrounds of teachers to the performance on teaching efficacy, especially in age, the training models of teacher education, teaching experience and teaching grade. 2. It is different for the backgrounds of teachers to the level on computer anxiety, especially in age, teaching experience, the time to use computers and related information lessons. 3. It is different for the backgrounds of teachers to the desire for information incorporation teaching, especially in gender, education level, teaching experience, owned a computer at home, teaching grade, teaching sections every week, the time to use computers, related information lessons and the frequency to join the information study. 4. It is remarkable correlation among teaching efficacy, computer anxiety and the desire for information incorporation teaching. 5. According to the methods and problem of information incorporation teaching, many teachers adopt the information incorporation teaching, especially in language area.
