Summary:碩士 === 國立台北師範學院 === 教育心理與輔導學系碩士班 === 92 === One of the majoy concerns in educational reform at Taiwan is team teaching. The purposes of this action research were as follows:1. At the first action year, to investigate the roles and influences of the leader(the researcher)who tried to make the team go smoothly under complex and different working circumstances. 2. At the second action year, the researcher was transferred from a leader to a teaching team member. The main purpose of this year was to interpret how the researcher as a team member considered her position and responsibilities within the team.The teaching team was consisted of four teachers of the same grade. The researcher classified nine different roles which she played as a leader: planner、communicator、coordinator、voice、salesman、co-coach、bottle washer、firefighter and teacher of the whole students of the same grade. At second year, the researcher was more released as a member. She expressed emotions relatively more freely. Moreover, the researcher comprehended the impacts of team teaching on her own classroom management and viewpoints about student learning.Finally, the researcher provided some concrete ideas and suggestions regarding team teaching.
