It was also to compare the differences of the different back -ground variables on their job stress and coping and psychosomatic health. In addition, it tried to probe the relationship between teachers’ job stress, approach-avoidance intention and psychosomatic health. Four hundred and eighty early childhood teachers served as the research subjects and the questionnaire was used as research survey instrument. According to the data collected form the questionnaires, means values, standardized scores, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation was used for data analysis. The results indicated that: 1. The early childhood teachers perceived their job stress, approach- avoidance intention, and their psychosomatic health tend to be middle level. 2.The effect of background variables on early childhood teachers’ job stress, approach- avoidance intention, and their psychosomatic health were significant. 3.The correlation among early childhood teachers’ job stress and their approach- avoidance intention were significant. 4. The correlation among early childhood teachers’ job stress and their psychosomatic health were significant. 5. The correlation among early childhood teachers’ approach- avoidance intention and their psychosomatic health were not significant. 6.Concerning the teachers’ job stress, approach- avoidance intention and their health status, there were no significant difference in the change of teachers’ job stress and their psych o-somatic health after approach- avoidance intention intervention. 鍾志從 2004 學位論文 ; thesis 189 zh-TW |
