Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 企業管理系碩士班 === 92 === Based on the importance of organizational capitals to an organization, the main purpose of present study is focused on the relationships among organizational capitals, task/contextual performance, leadership performance, and team performance from the perspectives of resource-based theory and transaction cost theory. After reviewing the relevant literature, organizational capital was divided into three parts, including human capital, structural capital and social capital. Further we take competency and quality of relationship as moderating variables between organizational capital and performance. Through sampling from setting of the high-technical industries, the present investigation finds human capital has positive effect on organizational performance, competency has mediating effects in the relationship between structural capital and performance. The research also finds the relationship between structural capital and performance was moderated by quality of relationship, and the relationship between social capital and performance was also moderated by quality of relationship. The implication that may be drawn from this study is that organizational capitals influence performance from the perspectives of resource-based theory and transaction cost theory. Based on the above results, some suggestions will be offered for practice and academic field.
