This study aims to realize the relationships between elementary school students’ family climate, locus of control , and peer conflicts, and want to realize when the peer conflicts occur , how students solve the conflict. And the research also can help elementary teacher to solve their class problems. To make the aims , there are three scales to collect information, including family climate scale , locus of control scale , and peer conflicts strategies scale . The sample consists of 796,include fourth grade and six grade students. And the data is analyzed with descriptive statistics, one way ANOVA, person product moment correlation, the main findings are as follows：
1． Peer conflicts strategies of current students include competitive strategies, cooperation strategies, accommodative strategies and asking for help strategies.
2． The family climate difference shown in students’ grade and family SES, but no difference with students’ sex.
3． Locus of control difference shown in students’ grade and family SES, but no difference with students’ sex.
4． The boys use competitive strategies is remarkable higher than girls；the girls use asking for help strategies is remarkable higher than boys . Fourth grade student use asking for help strategies is remarkable higher than six grade students. The lower SES students use competitive strategies is remarkable higher than high SES students. The lower SES students use asking for help strategies is remarkable higher than high SES students.
5． Family climate and competitive strategies are negative relationship；Family climate and cooperative strategies, asking for help strategies are positive relationship.
6． Locus of control and competitive strategies are negative relationship；Locus of control and cooperative strategies are positive relationship.
According to the research result, it also give some suggestion to teachers and parents. We hope that students can develop more healthy peer relationships.
