This research adopted the methods of investigation through questionnaires. 1000 questionnaires were sent and 621 effective ones were returned. SPSS version 10.0 (Statistical software) was utilized to conduct Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Variance Analysis, Correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis for testing the hypotheses of this research. The main results of this research are shown as follows: 1. There are significant differences on organizational change among different kinds of officers. 2. There are no significant differences on organizational commitment among different education level, work years and regions of various functional office. 3. The organizational commitment of employees has significant effect on their recognition of privatization. 4. There is a significant positive correlation between employees’ organizational change and organizational commitment. 5. There is a significant positive correlation between employees’ communicational satisfaction and organizational commitment. To be brief, this research gives some suggestions for practice and other researches. With it, we are to improve the communication in organizations, and to correct the recognition of employees on organizational privatization.
