The design and development of this mathematics learning website was based on Paiwan culture and situated learning theory. This study used the instructional system design to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate the web-based courseware. After evaluation, the learning website was modified based on the opinions from evaluation committee including designers, subject expert and users. The major contributions of this study were:(1) the development of a mathematics learning website with the integration of Paiwan culture and situated learning theory, and(2)this learning website successfully enhanced Paiwan children''s learning motivation of mathematics. According to the findings and reflections during the development of the learning website, this study also offered some recommendations about developing learning website and future related research.
