The salary investigation classification reward survey report in 91 years by Directorate General of Budget Accounting and Statistics Executive Yuan shows, in the hotels and restaurant are sorted out and entered community service and personal service trade, its wages on average is 24596(serve staff members). In all duties, sequencing in the duty rank of 85 items of rewards is the 57th place, so, the wages is a pay standard which is lower than the outside careers market in general. In view of this, this research is expecting to improve work attitude of hotels employees thought the theory analysis and the study to sum up can be helpful. It is using the reward system and the perception of the pay —equity system to put to the proof the work attitude. And what the biggest difference of the research is using the reward system and the perception of the pay-equity system as studying the focal point. The research purpose of the research is as follows: 1.It will find out the influence on job attitude of the perception of salary system and the pay-equity system by change in demography. 2.It will compare all kinds of staff (cadre members, not cadre members and chief members) to find out the relation for reward system, pay-equity system and work attitude, whether there is difference of showing. 3.It discusses the different reward system of hotels, the hotel staffs about relation of the perception of pay-equity system and the job attitude to some extent. It is according to the need of studying, by the way of questionnaire, to cooperate with interview and opening questionnaire to carry on the investigation. It is expecting that with three hotels to parts in north, middle and southern district to random choosing the five-star hotel (or the sightseeing-hotel). It will estimate that sends out 300 questionnaires. The statistical method will make for the statistical analysis tool with SPSS. The analysis method is including Factor analysis, ANOVA, Person analysis and Regression analysis etc. To the result of this research, expect to be able to bring a concept of pay-equity system which studies the foundation to the hotel management. The hotel management improves the employs to understand about the perception of reward system pay-equity system, and f job attitude.
