The study’ designs are based on the survey “A questionnaire relation to the current situation of science teachers integrating information technology into elementary science instruction in public elementary schools of Taipei”, and high-grade elementary school teachers were sampled purposively as subjects. The schools were divided into tree categories according to the scale and the survey was random sampled in proportion at each level. Totaling 484 questionnaires were given out, and 401 of them were recalled effectively, reaching a valid rate of 82.85%. The data were analyzed by mean, percentage, one-way MANOVA. The findings can be summarized as follows: 1.In aspects of science teachers’ information literacy: The science teachers being male, younger, spending fewer years in teaching, having higher record of academic degree, majoring in related scientific subjects, having the longer experience of using computer, having personal computer at home, spending more times in using computer per week, spending more times per week of surfing internet, have been attended information meeting, being in the school with classes less than 24, having a digital projector in teaching place, and having personal computer inside school tend to have better information literacy. 2.In aspects of utilizing information technology infused with instruction: The science teachers being younger, spending fewer years in teaching, majoring in scientific subjects, having the longer experience of using computer, having personal computer at home, spending more times in using computer per week, spending more times per week of surfing internet, have been attended information meeting, being in the school with classes less than 24, can surf internet in teaching place, having a digital projector in teaching place and having personal computer inside school tend to have better expressive way of utilizing information technology infused with instruction. 3.In aspects of success in utilizing information technology infused with instruction: The science teachers having longer experience of using computer, having personal computer at home, spending more times in using computer per week, spending more times per week of surfing internet, have been attended information meeting, and having personal computer inside school tend to get higher points in achieving success of utilizing information technology infused with instruction. 4.In aspects of straits in utilizing information technology infused with instruction: The science teachers majoring in scientific subjects, having longer experience of using computer, having personal computer at home, spending more times in using computer per week, spending more times per week of surfing internet, having computers in teaching place, can surf internet in teaching place, having a digital projector in teaching place and having personal computer inside school tend to get lower points in encountering dire straits of utilizing information technology infused with instruction. Finally, there were some suggestions for educational administrative organs, school institutions, elementary school teachers and further researches through the conclusions of the study.
