Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 特殊教育研究所 === 91 === The Study of Collaborative Teaming Professional Knowledge of the Resource Teachers in Junior High Schools Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the collaborative teaming professional knowledge of the resource teachers in junior high schools in central Taiwan area. Participants of this study were 168 resource teachers in junior high schools in central Taiwan area. The investigator used “The Questionnaire of Collaborative Teaming Professional Knowledge of the Resource Teachers in Junior High Schools” as the conduit to compile data. Statistical methods such as Descriptive statistics, One-Way ANOVA, One-Way MANOVA, Multiple Regression were applied to analyze these questionnaires and reach the following results. 1.Resource teachers rate the importance of the collaborative teaming professional knowledge as High. And the most important dimensions were “Communication Skill”, and “Teaching Method/Skill and evaluation”. 2.There was no significant difference in teachers’ratings on the importance of the collaborative teaming professional knowledge among different background. 3.All the different background of the resource teachers showed predictability for the importance of the collaborative teaming professional knowledge. According to the above outcomes, the investigator has suggested some conclusions and suggestions as guideline for the teachers training and the further studies.
