After analyzing and organizing the data collected, the researcher reaches the following conclusions: 1.The implementation of moral and value leadership can well expand the moral and ethical spirit in the school. 2.The moral and value leader must possess a great sense of justice and fairness, also be able to protect the teachers´ and students´ well-being. 3.Respect the teachers´ human dignity and basic human rights as the base principal of the application of moral and value leadership. 4.They must take the school´s benefits as the main consideration, never take advantages for their own benefits during the implementation of the moral and value leadership. 5.The pressures caused on and off campus are the problems the principals may encounter. 6.Sharing values, clarifying meaning of life and objectives with the teachers and colleagues as the main strategy in problem solving. 7.There are necessity and feasibility for the present elementary school principal to implement the moral and value leadership. 8.Principals and teachers show high satisfaction level in the implementation of moral and value leadership. From the above mentioned conclusions, the researcher presents the following recommendations to the principals when they implement moral and value leadership: Ⅰ.Recommendations to the principals: 1. The implementation of moral and value leadership is feasible and necessary. 2. An ethical and moral atmosphere must be established in the school with moral and value leadership. 3. Be the ethical and moral role model of the teachers and students. 4. More communication and sharing values with the teachers so to reach a common agreement. Ⅱ.Recommendations to the teachers: 1. Full support in the implementation of moral and value leadership. 2. Full recognition on the school development as the responsibility which must be shared by the teachers and the principals.
