Summary:碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 青少年兒童福利學系 === 90 === [Abstract]This is a qualitative research, the main purposes of this study were to understand how the administrative organization and the administrators of Hi-tan elementary school lead all members to carry out the experimentation of small class scale''s instruction spirits and the nine-year coherence curriculum simultaneously. And what difficulties would they have?The major results were that from 88th academic year to 89th academic year, Hi-tan elementary school had six actions for these two experimentation of educational reform. Firstly, to communicate and clear the educational concept with teachers, administrators, and parents; Secondly, to redivide the tasks of administrative organization; Thirdly, to improve teacher''s professional growth through all kinds of teachers'' in-service training; Fourthly, help teachers starting from the small class scale''s instruction spirits for warming up, and then improving their teaching and building professional identity and competency; Fifthly, to combine the other office affairs and teachers by Dean''s Office for building and developing school-based curriculum of Hi-tan; Finally, to communicate with parents and encourage them to participate in children'' school education, then help them developed during the experimentation of educational reform . These were Hi-Tan''s procedures from small class scale''s instruction spirits to innovative nine-year coherence curriculum. The finally purpose of this was to start Hi-tan elementary school of education vitality.Moreover, this study also found that teachers'' professional growth in different items and the other findings were as follows: Firstly, the teachers'' beliefs interfered the result of education reformation; Secondly, the fluid of school members affected the whole school''s consensus; Thirdly, the ability of teachers making a comprehensive survey of school reformation needs to be developed; Fourthly, the outside force of higher level administrative organization interfered the result of education reformation; Fifthly, the cooperating function of teaching team was loose and at a standstill; then the teachers have difficult problems in filtering the curriculum teaching materials; Finally, the teachers couldn''t unite the experience of the experimentation of small class scale''s instruction spirits and the nine-year coherence curriculum. Base on research results and findings, the study recommends some discussions and suggestions in last chapter.
