Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 90 === In this thesis, we utilize Lin’s innovative culture definition and related organization architecture research to study the relationship between innovative culture and corporate performance. Lin defines innovative culture as: 1. Tolerating failure. 2. Cooperation and share. 3. Equality. 4. Open-minded culture. 5. Never ending for search truth. 6. Sportsmanship. We also set three organizational variables to explain corporate performance: 1. The percentage of outcome-based measure in performance evaluation. 2. The ratio of bonus to total income. 3. The ratification right of goal setting. After statistic analysis, we prove Lin’s conjecture: 1. The innovative culture do improve corporate performance; 2. The higher the percentage of outcome-based measure in performance evaluation, the better the performance of corporate; 3. The decision right of goal setting should not be granted to employee.
