The study also explored how library instruction had been integrated in curriculum under the impact of educational reform. Potential problems and issues were analyzed. The study employed case study techniques to observe students'' information needs, and how students obtained information to fulfil their learning needs. Questionnaires and observation techniques were used among the 5th grade and 6th grade students to obtain research data. Teacher''s responses toward the integration of library skills were also gathered. The results of the study indicate that in current stage, reading instruction is still the major approach for library use.
