The purpose of this study is divided in four parts. (1)understand the ideal of curriculum design and the process of design. (2)understand the methods and teaching materials that teachers choosing to teach. (3)understand the performance of students about their schoolwork. (4)aim at the content of curriculum and method of teaching, bring up some suggestions. The research method of this investigation is case study. The way of data collection is primarily interview, then observation and document analysis. The conclusions of this investigation are divided in nine parts. (1)student is the base of the ideal of curriculum design and the school is valued the needs and thinking of student, but this ideal is still far from reality. (2)the curriculum is revised from practice experiment; the content of curriculum is revised from the experiment of teacher and student. (3)the difficulty of the curriculum and instruction including the character of dropout student, teacher source, professional ability. (4)the primary teaching object of teacher including fostering interest and will of studying, enhancing living ability of dropout student. (5)in assessment of learning, primarily using writing test for basic course, using real and operational assessment for skill course. (6)teaching materials are teacher made, the principle of choice is primarily focus at the student abilities and needs. (7)most of the student’s learning manner is still negative, but some of students present positive manner. Many students are desired to learn, but some external temptations affect their learning manner. (8)student’s truancy improved not so clear. The reasons of student’s truancy are including family, economic and personal factors. (9) Facing the time distribution of class, content of curriculum, student’s attendance and learning manner, the student’s promotion of fundamental ability is not so well. Finally, bring up some suggestions for school, educational administration and carry on research.
