Three hundred and eighty-one students were selected as subjects from 6th grade students of elementary schools in Kaohsiung city. They took Learning Style Test, the Test of Language Reasoning, the Test of Divergent Thinking, Problem Solving Test. This study used Descriptive Statistics, Point-Biserial Correalation, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation, Multiple Regression, and Linear Structural Relation (LISREL) to analyze the collected data. The main findings were as follows: 1.The responses on the scale of Learning Style Test tended to "generally agree", "almost agree". 2.Dividing the subjects into four groups both by the means on Left Brain Score and Right Brain Score. most of the subjects were high (39.4%) or low (36.2%) both on Left Brain Score and Right Brain Score. 3.The average of Language Reasoning were 36.812 grades, the average of Problem Solving were 19.371 grades. The average of Language Reasoning and Problem Solving were just higher than the average of test sums. The results indicated that the students of elementary schools were ordinary in the above abilities. 4.The average of Creativity were 299.510 grades. The average of Creativity was just higher than the average of test sum. The result indicated that the students of elementary schools were weak in Creativity. 5.None of correlations between sex and Left Brain Learning Style, Right Brain Learning Style, Integrated Learning Style, Language Reasoning, Creativity, Problem Solving was significant. 6.There were significant correlations between Language Reasoning and Problem Solving. There were no significant correlations between Left Brain Learning Style and Language Reasoning, Right Brain Learning Style and Creativity, Integrated Learning Style and Problem Solving, Language Reasoning and Creativity, Language Reasoning and Problem Solving, Creativity and Problem Solving. 7.Language Reasoning, Left Brain Learning Style, Right Brain Learning Style, Creativity could significantly explain the variance of Problem Solving (57.601% ),and Language Reasoning can explain more variances of Problem Solving. According to the results, this study also proposed discussion and suggestion for the educational application and future research. 朱進財 1998 學位論文 ; thesis 106 zh-TW |

The main findings were as follows:
1.The responses on the scale of Learning Style Test tended to "generally agree", "almost agree".
