An alternating treatments design of single-subject experimental research was used. Four students from a special school for students with mental retardetion were selected. Major findings were as follows: 一、After accepting the 「Oral method」, 「Manual method」and 「Combined method」, all the four subjects showed improvement in their post intervention assessments. 二、Findings suggest that the 「Combined method」was better either more than 「Oral method」or 「Manual method」across the four students studied. 三、Findings indicated that 「Manual method」was better off the 「Oral method」. 四、Findings showed that the 「Combined Method」was more effective than 「Manual method」. 五、Findings that scores did not differ much between the indervention and generalization conditions. Finally, suggestion for teaching and future studies, based on the results and limits of 「Oral method」,「Manual method」,「Combined method」for family, teacher and reseacher. 杜正治 1997 學位論文 ; thesis 74 zh-TW
