So this research be held to explore the framework, character ,and status quo ofHRIS of enterprises in Taiwan. And from this research also can investigate what is the character of enterprise''s HRIS in Taiwan. This research selects the enterprises which the capital are over 0.5 billion NT dollars as samples. Totally, mailed 700 questionnaires to enterprises. After collecting 140 effective samples, statistical analysis shall be performed for descriptive statistics, Cumulative frequency distribution, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe Post hoc comparison, Perason''s correlation analysis, cluster analysis and MANOVA. The results of this research to be achieved as follows: 1.Enterprises in Taiwan universally use the computer to support Human Resource Management(HRM), but mainly focus on the systems which related with Motivation actives. 2.The subsystem''s computerlization degree in HRIS is not different between different industries. 3.Taiwan''s enterprises universally got the HRJS software from In-house software development than from purchasing software packages. And universally the in-house software development''s computerlization degree is obvious higher than the purchasing software package''s. 4.Capital, number of employees and number of HRM department employees are obvious relate to the subsystem''s computerlization degree. 5.1n every HRM actives, the satisfaction of using HRIS is obvious higher than the satisfaction of manual . 6.Taiwan enterprises could divide into four groups by subsystem''s computerlization degree and character: (1)Focusing on some function group: The characteristic of this cluster is high computerlization degree in motivation active system. And another HRIS system''s computerlization degree although are lower than high computerlization group, but it has have foundation to develop such subsystems. (2)Fundamental operation group: The characteristic of this group is that it only uses computer in basic HRIS operation such as storing, retrieving, deletion and querying the data. (3)Manual operation group: this group uses few computerlization in every HRM actives.
