Guselkumab for hidradenitis suppurativa in a patient with concomitant Crohn’s disease: Report and systematic literature review of effectiveness and safety
Abstract Guselkumab appears to be safe and effective in the treatment of patients with HS, who do not respond to adalimumab and other systemic therapies. Guselkumab can be used in patients with comorbid Crohn's disease.
