Fichte against Schopenhauer? The doctrine of the “Self” as a theoretical source of the pure subject of knowledge
The paper investigates the possible genesis of Schopenhauer's concept of “pure subject of knowledge” through an analysis of the notes of the young Schopenhauer about some of Fichte's classes.
