Modification regulation of level of activity of digestive enzymes of sturgeon kinds of fishes and their hybrids
In the work spent on sturgeon kinds of fishes and their hybrids, effects of interaction of enzymes with modifiers of the various nature (carbohydrates, amino acids) have been established. For maltase and caseinlitik proteinase it is shown izosteric effect.
