The chemical and technological features of the fruits of an apricot of the Central foothills of Dagestan

On the basis of comparative study products of metabolism of the apricot, growing in microdistricts of a different vertical zonality, the new data are obtained, allowing revealing regularity of a synthesis of the components which are responsible for their quality.
