A caroticocavernous fistula without vascular injury following endoscopic transsphenoidal excision of a tuberculum sellae meningioma—A case report
Abstract Caroticocavernous fistulae can occur following transsphenoidal surgery even without evidence of carotid artery injury. A role of vascularized flap reconstruction may be contributory.
