Da Emenda Constitucional n. 66/2010 e a polêmica quanto à permanência do instituto da separação judicial no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro
This paper presents an analysis of the new wording to the text of § 6 of art. 226, the Carta Maior, so it is clear whether or not this change led to the extinction of judicial separation. Th us, the main theses are faced sustained by the doctrine, as well as recent case law on the subject.
