METODOLOGICAL APPROACHES CONCERNING THE MANAGEMENT OF THE PRODUCTION RESERVES
The article covers research of the topical problem of enterprises in the light of their strategic activity. This is the definition of the methodological approach to the management of productive reserves. The management models, possibilities and expediency of their application are considered.
