This study suggests a procedure for the school to capitalize on the insecurity of the adolescent and his stage to train the students, the values that enable them to become productive entities. As results of this study, it was determined that the school environment does not have a planned environment conducive to the development and promotion of the values studied. In an educational institution should be appropriate procedures to manage conflicts so as to prevent one bad decision can make a student psychologically throughout their lives. The Latin American context becomes a disadvantaged environment to talk about values or to try to encourage them, because inequality, corruption and lack of principles become commonplace in societies that have decided to give free rein to the formation of values.
