ESTIMATION OF CRISIS CORPORATE GOVERNANCE ON DOMESTIC ENGINEERING ENTERPRISES
The state of crisis of corporate governance in is studied along with the common signs and causes of crisis on domestic engineering enterprises. The paper elucidates the concept of crisis of corporate governance. The main features of the effectiveness of crisis corporate governance are highlighted.
