ABOUT CALCULATION OF RECTANGULAR PLATES ON ELASTIC FOUNDATION
The paper shows how the obtained frequencies and types of natural oscillations of a rectangular plate with free sides make it possible to solve the problems pertaining to bending of rectangular plates on an elastic foundation.
