Gastric perforation caused by secondary systemic amyloidosis
Abstract Amyloid A amyloidosis secondary to chronic inflammation involves systemic organs and tissues, including the gastrointestinal tract. In the present case, massive amyloid deposit caused gastric perforation. IgM co‐deposition in the glomeruli was another finding of note.
