Some approaches to the problem of organizing interaction between the family and the kindergarten are analyzed as a scientific field that requires a serious revision of traditional approaches as outdated, not meeting the actual needs of the time. It is emphasized that interaction is a prerequisite for the successful development and socialization of children. Two traditionally established educational institutions: social and family education - today especially need to combine their efforts in order to create a single educational space. Purpose of the research: to study the pedagogical conditions of teaching teachers the technology of interactive interaction with the parents of pupils. Research methods: theoretical analysis of scientific research, conversation, survey, pedagogical experiment to test the developed system of methodological measures aimed at teaching teachers the technology of interactive interaction with families of pupils (business games, workshops, trainings, discussions). According to the results achieved, the authors came to the conclusion about the effectiveness of the developed system of methodological measures, which makes it possible to successfully implement the training of teachers of preschool educational organizations in the technology of interactive interaction with the families of pupils. The authors focus on the need to use the technology of interactive interaction as the most productive way of communication, increasing the interest and activity of parents in discussing issues of education and training.https://repository.kvantor.org/public/105/3309
