Description
Summary:This work was developed in order to investigate the levels of impact and support of training transfer and organizational tie s established by public servants of a Public Institution of Higher Education. So, was performed a descriptive quantitative research, drawing on the case study. The survey sample consisted of 392 servers from a Federal Institution of Higher Education. The r esults show that the sample had a high impact on the job training, a high affective organizational commitment and a moderate entrenchment, indicating that courses provided by servers are brought back in terms of transfer and application of knowledge. Still , it was noted that the sample studied would spare no effort to achieve institutional goals, contradicting the image of low engagement assigned to them by society.
