The results showed that there is a significant effect of learning problem based learning model on geography thinking skill with sig (2-tailed) 0.000 <0,05 value. Abstrak: Tujuan dalam penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran problem based learning terhadap keterampilan berpikir geografi siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan bentuk none quivalent control groups design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X IPS SMA Negeri 1 Batu. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes keterampilan berpikir geografi pada materi pengetahuan dasar pemetaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Independent Samples t-Test dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0 for Windows.
