O Órgão de Solução de Controvérsias da OMC e os países em desenvolvimento
The role of rules and power for the performance of WTO members is addressed in the article. The research has focused on material resources differences in the use of the DSB. The results have suggested that these differences are relevant to explain the performance of developed and developing members.
