RESEARCH FRICTION PROPERTYES OF SEASONINGS
The received data by definition of dependences friction factors from humidity of parsley, parsnip and celery are used at substantiation of choice of rational hydrodynamical mode of the drying providing uniform mixing, maximum preservation of particles and intensification of their drying process.
