100 shift-workers who were selected by using stratified random sampling. The subjects divided into two groups (low tolerance shift-workers versus high tolerance shift-workers) by using survey of Shift-workers (SOS) questionnaire. Then
each group of subjects completed NEO questionnaire and demographic questionnaire provided by the researchers. In order to analyze the data
discriminate analysis and in the validation stage
Pearson's Correlation Coefficient were applied. The results confirmed the hypothesis of study. On the other hands
findings revealed that tolerance of shift-work can be predicted from demographic (age
education
number of children and record)
