Therefore, an in-depth study on how the anxiety felt by teachers affects teaching efficacy helps researchers better understand the underlying mechanism of teaching efficacy and enables teachers to improve themselves over the course of teaching. By adopting both quantitative and qualitative research methods, this study takes the communication engineer-ing teachers participating in the communication engineering professional meeting as the research object, to analyze the relationship between the anxi-ety felt by teachers and their teaching efficiency, and to explore the influ-encing factors in the self-effect of communication engineering teachers. Ac-cording to the results of empirical analysis, teaching experience has a posi-tive effect on the perception towards self-efficacy, while life and work ex-periences have a negative effect on the perception towards self-efficacy.
